| Designing and implementing often diverse and technically demanding projects is a challenge for any organisation. Staff won't necessarily have the experience and flexibility required to meet the demands of an increased workload and rapidly changing environment. Being freelance allows me the freedom to be more flexible than a typical consultancy can be. Sometimes I provide an external, objective view to help crystallise ideas. At other times I will work as part of a management team.
Projects can fail for a variety of reasons, and I am often asked to help teams to take stock, resolve conflicts and forge a recovery plan.
