| I was part of the project team responsible for implementing the £20m Neptune Court Development, and supported the Project Director in the management of various projects aimed at the efficient front-of-house operation of the new museum. I also designed and implemented a pilot volunteer programme aimed at increasing visitor services in the museum. |
