I am currently supporting the Head of Volunteering in the design of a forum and process for reviewing volunteering strategy across the Trust. I’ve also been working with the volunteering team to improve the way properties select and induct volunteers, with a view to improving their experience and that of the visitor, and so that volunteering engages and reflects the local communities. |
