The second was to facilitate a review of the first regional cultural strategy and the way it was being delivered by the Consortium. This involved one-to-one interviews with each of the 21 Consortium Board members and the design and facilitation of a two-day Away Day with the Board to create a way forward.

Most recently, I undertook research to map the leadership training provision for existing and new cultural leaders in the region, and to make recommendations for a funding compact to support the development of leadership programmes across the sector. This involved working with a range of partners including the East of England Development Agency, the Museums Libraries and Archives East of England, and Screen East.
