The Jewish Museum is tripling in size following an extension of its premises in Camden. I helped the Board and the senior management team take stock of progress on their capital project and update their project plan.
I also helped re-shape the existing volunteer programme to ensure that the new museum opens with a majority volunteer-run front-of-house team.
