The London Museums Hub asked me to provide volunteering consultancy to several small museums.
I helped the Museum review their volunteer programme with a view for making it fit-for-purpose when the Museum re-opened after refurbishment. We developed a plan to keep volunteers involved during closure, to create new roles to meet the needs of the new Museum, to attract members of the local community to those roles, and to train the volunteer team pre-opening.
