I've been helping this rural arts organisation to capacity-build
and create a three year business plan. |

| Part of this work is an exciting and regionally unique partnership project between the Forestry Commission, Fermynwoods Contemporary Art and the River Nene Regional Park Initiative. I'm writing a business plan for a new rural art centre for the interdisciplinary exploration of the environment in its broadest sense. This involves working with similar projects in the UK, and with a wide range of practitioners, thinkers and activists working in the contemporary arts and on environmental issues. The project is proposed as the main cultural signature project for the North Northamptonshire growth area, and aims to deliver across regional social, economic, cultural and environmental strategies. |
