| EQ is a national equality and diversity agency working in the creative industries. The then new Chief Executive of the former NTO for the Arts and Entertainments Sector asked me to support him during an intense period of organisational development, including the creation of a new company, strategy and Board. This involved advice on business planning and help with the research and development of several funding bids aimed at inclusive employment practices in the cultural sector, including ESF Equal, Learning and Skills Council, Commission for Racial Equality, and the London Development Agency. |
