| The Art Fund is the UK's largest independent visual arts funding charity. I have supported the management team on a variety of projects over the past ten years, including: conducting a change management audit when the membership department was outsourced to Scotland; developing a national volunteering strategy for its 700 strong network, including acting as Director of Volunteering during the pilot phase and writing two editions of their Guide to Volunteering; and most recently benchmarking aspects of the organisation's operations. |
