I'm a partner in a consultancy that provides a range of specialist services to charities and third sector organisations. Whatever kind of organisation you are - a new local start-up project that's going to run for a couple of years, or a well established organisation with an international reach - we think you're the best people to run to your organisation, understanding that it thrives because of your commitment, drive and expertise. However, we've identified a range of areas where charities might need our help: for short intensive projects, or to provide longer-term ongoing support, we use our expertise and experience to set up, strengthen and improve your systems to reduce the risks to your business as you develop. This flexible approach allows us to prioritise work together, and allows you to consider what level of involvement you'll need from us on a case by case basis.
